Vendors and Purchasers
Each breed society is responsible for making the event a success for their breed. Please do make sure you include Melton, the National Show and Sale, in all your society literature, publicity, events and meetings. It is a fantastic venue, the facilities are second to none, but it up to each of us to ensure that sellers enter animals, and buyers for your breed know it is happening and come along with their cheque books.

Please also remember that each breed is responsible for their own show; arranging, inviting and hosting judges and show stewards, and providing rosettes.
On Line Entries
As for last year :
•If you are a Grassroots breed with Pedeweb, exhibitors will only need to log in with their membership number or letters, tick those animals they wish to sell and add note and service details. The software will pick up all the pedigree and progeny details.
•If you are a Grassroots breed not on the web, your members will only have to type in their animal’s registration number, tag number and date of birth. We will ask you to send us a backup of your data on the closing date and the system will pick up the pedigree and progeny details to populate the catalogue.
•If you are not a Grassroots breed your members will need to type in all the information and we will have to ask you to proof check it.
The final closing date for ‘on line’ entries is Sunday 2nd August.
